Download Hoppr from the App Store, then create an account with your email, Apple, or Google. You need to be 18 or older. Once you are in, open the map to see where people are going out tonight, and tap Hop for a spot picked just for you.

Open the app and go to Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your personal data. You can do it yourself anytime, with no need to contact us.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. You can tap resend on the verification screen. If it still does not arrive, email us at hello@hopprlive.com and we will sort it out.

Use the reset password link on the login screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign back in. If you are still stuck, reach out and we will help you back into your account.

No. Your exact location is never shown to anyone. Hoppr uses your approximate area to center the map, and applies a random offset so no one can pinpoint where you are. You control what you share in Settings.

Use the report option on a profile or piece of content inside the app, or email us at hello@hopprlive.com. We review every report and act on anything that breaks our rules.

Both are optional and live in Settings. Finding friends from your contacts only happens after you tap to allow it, and you can turn notifications on or off whenever you want.
